Safe, legal flights
Flights follow Portuguese and EU drone rules. In dense urban areas and near airports, we check what is allowed before we book, and we tell you if a flight is not possible. We avoid flying over people and plan every job around the site.
Drone questions, answered
What can a drone inspect?
Roofs, chimneys, gutters, facades, balconies, parapets, building sites and land. Anything where height or access is the problem.
Do I need to give you access to the roof?
No. That is the point. We fly over the property from the ground or from a nearby safe position.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the type of job, the size and the access. Send us the address and what you need and we quote within one business day.
Can I add a drone survey to another inspection?
Yes. It is often added to a pre-purchase inspection or a snagging inspection.
Is it legal to fly in Porto?
Yes, within the rules. Some areas, such as near the airport or in dense city blocks, have limits. We check before we book.
Can you map my property boundaries?
We show the visible boundaries from the air. We do not set legal boundaries, which needs a licensed surveyor. Read more.
