Who we are
Oporto Home Inspections (OHI), Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@oportohomeinspections.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email, phone number, the property address or listing link, the service you are interested in and your message. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, carry out the inspection and deliver the report. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and, once you book, performing that contract.
Who receives it
The contact form is processed by a form-delivery service (FormSubmit or Web3Forms), which delivers the message to our mailbox. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve the pages.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to answer you. Inspection reports and booking records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. Write to hello@oportohomeinspections.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
